Uniforms

Uniforms are optional at Naomi L. Brooks. If you choose to have your child wear a uniform, please review the recommended lists below.

Boys

• Navy or khaki pants or walking shorts
• Powder blue, Kelly green, or navy blue shirt
• Sneakers or shoes
• Socks
• Solid navy sweater

Girls

• Navy or khaki pants, skirt, skort, jumper, or walking shorts
• Powder blue, Kelly green, or navy blue shirt
• Sneakers or shoes
• Solid navy sweater

Attendance

Illnesses and emergencies are excused absences.  All students should return to school after an absence with a signed note or an email explaining the absence from either a doctor or caregiver. These should be submitted to the attention of our registrar, Ms. Vanessa Ingram at nlbattendance@acps.k12.va.us.
